What Winchester does better than anywhere else

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $1,181,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 22,862 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Winchester?

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The pet-friendliness is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
