Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2019. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,774 people. Median household income is $49,190, which feels on the lower side for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is solid in most areas.

Came here for family and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The food scene is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
