OK so I relocated for work and With a population of 37,774, Winchester is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Winchester? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
