Remote worker thinking about Winchester

So, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Winchester sits at 776.7 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is average and there's always something going on.
