Weekend activities in Winchester?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and Poverty rate is 12.3%, which is around average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned?

Moved here from San Diego about 7 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to traffic but Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
