Hey everyone, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,158/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $357,500, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
