OK so Been living here since 2021. Crime rate is something to consider -Wind Lake sits at 28.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
