Honest thoughts on life in Winding Cypress

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a electrician who relocated here from Minneapolis about 12 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Property taxes are high

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are reasonable, gas is average.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
