Best and worst neighborhoods in Windsor

I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $763,200 on average. Rent is about $2,087/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $129,004 in Windsor. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I'm a contractor and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
