Hello, I've been here for 3 years and The median home value here is around $763,200, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,087/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Austin about 5 years ago. The main reasons were family and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Can feel isolated
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is pretty good.
