Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $763,200, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $129,004, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
