Affordable areas near Windsor?
First post here. I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,780/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
