Best neighborhoods to rent in Windsor?
Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input.
