Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this?
