Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are The median home value here is around $236,800, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,290/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
