Is Windsor still affordable?

First post here. I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 1,961, Windsor is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Moved here from San Diego about 5 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to healthcare but Hope this helps!.
