First post here. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,322/month for a decent place. Median household income is $115,111, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks!

I've lived in Midtown for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The housing market scene is surprisingly good
The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited shopping options
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
