Hello, Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Appreciate any input.

Moved here from Miami about 8 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to nightlife but Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in East for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- The school system scene is solid

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
