Curious what people think. Just moved here 6 months ago and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,981 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
