OK so I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a small town city with about 4,042 people. With a population of 4,042, Winnfield is a small town. Rent is about $668/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Winnfield sits at 557.2 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think?
