Commute times in Winnsboro -how bad?

OK so I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 38.1%, which is higher than I expected. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Thai places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I've lived in North for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cost of living scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The school system is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
