Random thought, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,033/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
