Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $106,371 in Winter Garden. With a population of 47,182, Winter Garden is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $428,200 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I work in legal here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is challenging. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Denver about 2 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and family.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Limited shopping options
Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are reasonable, gas is decent.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Happy to answer more specific questions..
