Hey, Just moved here 13 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,727 for rent here. Median household income is $106,371, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
