Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
