Living in Winter Gardens -the reality

Curious what people think. With a population of 22,003, Winter Gardens is a small town. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Winter Gardens?

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Fairview area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
