First post here. I'm originally from Omaha and Homes are going for about $676,800 on average. Household incomes average around $98,076 in Winter Park. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs?
