Hey everyone, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $676,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Winter Park sits at 222.3 per 100K. With a population of 29,929, Winter Park is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Winter Park? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
