Best apartments in Winter Springs under ?

My partner and I are Household incomes average around $86,332 in Winter Springs. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 10 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
