Top 5 things I love about Winter Springs

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $86,332 in Winter Springs. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,448 people. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Seattle it's solid.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
