Alright, Homes are going for about $181,500 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks for reading. Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The housing market is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
