Is Winthrop Town good for remote workers?
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 25-year-old mechanic and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,909/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $606,900, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,909 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this?
