I've lived in Greenfield for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Four distinct seasons
- The housing market scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The pet-friendliness is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
