Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Wolfforth sits at 55.1 per 100K. The median home value here is around $245,000, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
