Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Rent is about $2,013/month for a decent place. With a population of 6,905, Wollochet is a small town. Homes are going for about $819,900 on average. The median home value here is around $819,900, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
