How much do you pay for rent in Woodbridge?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The dating scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
