First post here. My partner and I are Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,985/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.

Cons:
- Sprawl everywhere
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Chain restaurants dominate
