Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and With a population of 43,443, Woodbridge is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,985/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
