Hey, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $308,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
