Woodbury Center job market vs Las Vegas

We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $130,180 in Woodbury Center. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Salt Lake City and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in government. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Asian.
