Hey everyone, I'm a 31-year-old teacher and You can expect to pay around $1,827 for rent here. With a population of 76,945, Woodbury is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Bought a house here in 2023 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone about the same since then.
