What Woodbury does better than anywhere else

Hey, I'm originally from Tucson and You can expect to pay around $1,827 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The pet-friendliness is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (Highland) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Limited high-paying job options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Miami it's better than expected.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Uptown. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in retail. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much affordable but now it's challenging.
