Woodbury housing prices -when will it stop?

Just moved here 15 months ago and Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Woodbury sits at 62.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots?

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
