Woodbury is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and With a population of 11,437, Woodbury is a small town. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Woodbury sits at 22.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,976 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good schools
- Close to nature
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Poor road conditions
- Homelessness issues downtown
Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
