Born and raised here. Median household income is $83,291, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
