Best industries in Woodland right now

I'm a 52-year-old data analyst and Rent is about $1,500/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $505,200, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $87,880, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 61,256, Woodland is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
