Best kept secrets of Woodland, CA

Alright, It's a a smaller city city with about 61,256 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I work in marketing here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is excellent. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
