Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 61,256 people. Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $87,880, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $87,880 in Woodland. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
