Thinking about relocating to Woodland from Cincinnati

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Homes are going for about $505,200 on average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts?

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
