Cheapest neighborhoods in Woodland Park?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Woodland Park sits at 110.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $85,638 in Woodland Park. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Great weather
- Easy commute
- Active local events
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Hot summers
- Limited dining options
Is this normal for Woodland Park? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The walkability is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
